I was thinking that Minato should be able to place Flying Thunder God on enemies and then it would allow him to use his 5th move, Rasengan Barrage, which in all honesty looks like Flying Rajin: Level 2 :I. Think over please!

Well.. I think it's a pretty good idea, but I'd have to talk to Dark about it before I can clarify that it'll happen.
